Since 1992, 1st Impressions Services, has been providing a standard of excellence to landscape and lawn maintenance in Bolingbrook, Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, Hinsdale, Lisle, Naperville, Westmont, and Woodridge. "We contacted 1st Impressions in April/May of 2021 for a small landscaping project. John got back to me right away. He explained that they were fully booked over the summer (due to COVID backlog) but if I sent him an email with project and pictures, he would pass on to their designer and she would contact me in the fall when they had some openings. John understood that I may want to have this done earlier and encouraged me to reach out and see if other landscapers had earlier openings. Needless to say, I couldn't get anyone booked. I did have two companies come to my home - we walked through what I wanted done - and I never heard from them again. Imagine my surprise when August rolled around and 1st Impression's designer reached out to me vial email. She came to my house the following day. We settled on a plan. Let me add that I had a "general" idea of what I wanted - she really listened and came up with some solutions I hadn't even considered. I had an estimate and drawings in my email the next day. The pricing was extremely fair and there was no upsell involved. Her ideas probably saved me a great deal of money. She and John came to my house on a Saturday to do a walkthrough of the project. Our installation was completed the following week with the designer present the entire time. The work done was to our complete satisfaction and they left our yard spotless. I will use them for all my future landscaping projects. It is rare these days to find companies that follow through on their promises and do do honestly.
